apart from nits/ iits there is few institute available offers quality education.
however fees criteria depends on college and as per college norms there is financial assistant available for needy candidates.

On the basis of fees and performance i suggest you to crack jee and any nit and if you are eligible for advance exam then choose IIT because iit /nit are good in reputation and contain low fees than vit Chennai
Total fees of vit Chennai =7.80 lacs, duration 4 years
