our child has scored 76/180 in kcet 2021 but she has been given 20729 rank. According to your list her rank should have been less than 10000. please clarify. regards

You cannot depend on predicted rank. it is just a predicted rank according to the marks scored by your child. We just do the analysis based on previous year data and predicts rank for the marks scored by aspirants. But actual rank will be always different, because CET rank will depend on many factors.
As the KCET rank keeps on changing each year depending upon various factors such as :
# Number of students appeared for the exam.
# Top score for that particular year
# Total number of seats available.
# Difficulty level of exams
# Academic marks for PCM
20k rank actually it is a good rank you can get admission in top engineering colleges.
