Our college did't give our pc, tc& cmm. They are saying that it takes some time.Is there any alternative for those certificates?

Don't worry about it.
Incase your college fails to give your certificate on time then
You have to take a letter from your college stating that there is a delay .
Also contact appgecet email .
Try sending emails stating the isssue
