our final bsc exam is postponed due to covid-19 situation....what if i would not get my transfer certificate during counseling in iit jam?

Just go through this list which clearly sates the documents compulsory for JAM counselling.
10th Certificate
12th Mark Sheet
Qualifying Degree
If completed the degree: Marksheet of all semester/years
If in final year: Marksheet till last year or semester
Nationality Certificate for General category:
Birth Certificate
Voter ID
First page of passport or School/College Transfer Certificate (CTC)
Nationality Certificate issued by the authorized government agency
As you can see that Transfer Certificate is only needed for Nationality and instead of this you can show any other Proof too. So, no need to worry.
