I guess you should score 130-140+ marks in aiims mbbs entrance exam to get a mbbs seat under general category..

In aiims the total marks being 200 any marks above 140 keps you ij a safe postition of getting into one of the 7 aiims however if you want aiims delhi them the cutoff stands 150 or above

200 questions are asked in AIIMS, so I guess you are asking about that. See, cutoff scores for a seat are quite variable. However, considering previous years trends try to score around 150 to play safe.

Cutoff is released after the exams.Atleast 50% marks are required by general category to qualify
