Firstly , i would personally advise you not to take adnission in NITs in architectural engineering because there is not much exposure in architectural engineering in NITs. Still , The best out of all  NITs is NIT trichy . And then , just below is NIT bhopal .

As you want to pursue architecture then I would advise you to pursue your b.arch from a spa instead of nit. Nits have students from all branches of engineering and there are very less students in architecture there, thus you are among the minority and you would not get such exposure at nits what you get at spa.

And at your rank you can manage to get into spa Bhopal and vijaywada.

But still if you want to get into nit then your preferences should be according as:

2. Nit Bhopal

3. Nit jaipur

4. Nit calicut
