I hope that you have an interest in Medical (MBBS, BDS,Veterinary) and Paramedical courses (BAMS, BUMS, BPT, BNYS). NEET is an all-India level national exam for admission into UG programs of medicine and para-medical courses.

Since you have completed class 10 from Gujarat, you are eligible to apply for BOTH Government and management seats, provided that you have either studied in Gujarat State Board/CBSE school located in Gujarat/ICSE school located in Gujarat.

But for Maharashtra, to be eligible to apply for state quota, Domicile AND 10th/12th certificate (from Maharashtra school) is needed.

If you have completed a major part of your schooling, for example, 12th was studied in Kerala and your non-Keralite parents are All India Service officers/served the Government of Kerala (for 2 years)/defence personnel, then you can apply for Non-Keralite category 1.

However, if either one of your parents were born in Kerala, then only their SSLC documents (and other relevant documents to prove relationship between parent and child) are needed to get a 'KERALITE' category - which has benefits fof communal and special reservations. If you are looking to apply to home state quota in this way, then you need to register for the KEAM exam. Search KEAM , go to cee.kerala.org and go to application details, then read the prospectus and register for KEAM.

You can also register for NEET online as it has 15% all India quota and 85% other state quotas. If you are willing to work hard and put in lots of effort, then you can easily get any course you like.

Also, you can apply to medical colleges seperately from each state.
