the ovary is close to the infundibulum which has its primary are following which you have the deleted part of the impeller leading to the narrow part of the stomach which enters into the corner of the uterus as the intramural part of the fallopian tube and these are the four parts of the fallopian tube starting from the ovary and into the uterine end
so what's on the other hand is not a part of the fallopian tube and is the lower most part of the uterine cavity line below the body of the uterus and on top of the body of the uterus lies the fundus of the uterus
