Hello Mandar,
All that matters is the college you do MBA from. No doubt work experience is very important. But firstly, what matters is the college you do your MBA . Because at the end the college will help you with placements more than anything else. So even if you get part time MBA from a good college go for it .
Good Luck !

See having work experience up to some extent is always beneficial before pursuing MBA but it is not a mandatory thing to do. In every MBA college, there are 25-30% freshers who complete their MBA and get placed successfully. If you talk about full-time and part-time MBA then full-time MBA is always better. With full-time MBA you apart from learning in a much better way you also get a chance to sit in On-campus placement which is always easy and much better than off-campus placement.
So, I will say prefer to do full-time MBA irrespective of work experience or not depending on your choice. You can work for a year or two prepare very well for MBA exams along with working and then get admission into top colleges. This is the best solution.
