Sastra University is really the best university with good infrastructure, academics and placements too. So just proceed.

Please parul University is just avg University like.. Centurion university in vizag. So please don't spend too much of money there. Just do b. Tech from emcet based clg if your rank below 25000 or otherwise blindly go to the bangalore for b tech or hindustan which is affiliated to ##Anna_university or kalasalingam university.

HELLO ASPIRANT,
Sastra is best according to me for ECE because of the efficiency of the faculties and the experience and tagname of the universit is much better in terms of SASTRA.Placements and other activities are also better,so i would recommend Sastra.
