passed cbse 12 exam with pcmb in 2020 with 88.2 % , gave 1 yr drop but couldn't crack neet 2021 , then took admission in btech cse in 2021 but wants to give neet 2022,m I eligible to give neet2022 exam ? since I'm from pcmb subjects in 12class. if I get selected in neet2022 I will leave btech cse .

Yes you are eligible for giving NEET. It doesn't matter if you have taken admission in BTech.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
NEET age limit
Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, of that year
NEET eligibility marks
The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2021 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%

in neet application form eligibility code
code 02 is for dropper and
code 05 for bsc 1st year with physics chemistry and biology and
code 06 is for bsc and msc passout with physics chemistry biology biotechnology any two subjects out these 4 in final year of bsc and msc.
I have passed 12 with physics chemistry biology and mathematics , for btech there is no code in neet application form which code is suitable for me for apperaring neet 2022 and if I get selected in neet 2022 then I will take transfer certificate from btech cse will it create any problem in neet counselling because though I have passed my cbse class 12 with pcmb but will the authorities reject my results because after 12 I took admission in btech cse and again came to neet counselling after I get selected.
