Hello Pramit,

The code 5 is used for the candidates who has passed the first year of a bachelor's degree with Physics, Chemistry, BIology/Biotechnology. Candidates should also verify that the first year exam qualified is a university-level exam and they have also qualified Class 12 qualifying examination with the said subjects at a level not less than a core course.
According to your subjects in graduation you had to choose code 2 which is used for droppers because of the subject mathematics.
But you had studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology on intermediate level which is the primary criteria so your candidature should not be cancelled.

To know further about the qualification code go through the following link;

Hope this helps!!
All the best!!
