passed out HSC in 2018.... with 63%.....but couldn't clear his kt for f.y.b.com.....can he apply for graduation this year 2020?

There are less chances to register once again to your branch for same year or you have to change the branch and then apply for other branch.You can apply for other fields and there are chances to get the admission and hope all goes well.You can check it through careers360 college predictor.I have gave the link below,have a look.
