passing year is the year of conduct of examination or the year in which we are declared pass i e. result???

Hello,

Passing year means the year in which you have written the exam and not when the results are out.

For example, Let's assume that you have given your bsc last semester exam in july 2021 and got your result in august 2021.when you are asked to mention your passing year with month you should enter the month and year in which you have given the exam. In this case, it is july 2021.
