penalty money for leaving an alloted seat in private medical colleges seat in Pondicherry state? i have only done registration till now but i dont want to join pondicherry institute of medical sciences.

Hi, according to the guidelines given the registration fees that you have paid will not be refunded. Below is the link of a PDF from the official website. The rules and regulations about the refunds and cancellation of seats is given on page 10. Please look into it. Hope this helps.
