People says that they have 1,2,3 or more years of experience in the any engineering field. What is the experience? and how i'll get?

Experience of 1,2 ,3 years means they have worked in some company for 1 2 or 3 years therefore they have experience of working as a engineering in the field so this does mean the experience and fresher means the Just pass out from engineering college so there is a difference in the experience.

Here experience means the number of years worked by that individual in some company in that particular field.You will get it when you work in a company i.e. you get some job
