Perhaps 2021 batch of college also going to be in online mode, How long could be possibility of shifting to offline ?

Hello,
Actually it is the most common question nowadays in everyones mind. As per the government notice in between September there is no chances to reopen the colleges in offline mode. But if there is no 3rd wave of covid in October then November there is a possibility to reopen the institutions.
