pg diploma and masters degree it's equivalent?
Dear Aspirant,
Pg diploma has a bit less qualification than a masters degree , although at the same academics. Certificate wise they maybe a little different but rest everything about academics is the same. PG certificate is awarded for completing an educational program in a specific field. Where as, a master's degree is a graduate degree which shows that a candidate has achieved a certain level of mastery in a particular field.

see after completing graduation you may apply for masters degree in relevant stream , generally masters degree course are of 2 years duration for regular courses. for management related course, candidates may either apply for MBA or PGDM i.e post graduate diploma in management program. pgdm of two years are considered as same level with MBA course. if you are curious about any particular course or Institute , you may as in comment section.
