Hello,
First of all PGDM is Post Graduate Diploma in Management is a two-year full-time program designed specifically for freshers or candidates with less than two years of work experience who want to do business courses.
Whereas PGPM is Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM), is a one year MBA program, which is also known as PGP, PGPM, EPGP and PGPX by different business schools.
This course is for students who have two years experience.
these courses are both management courses but pgdm requires an undergraduate degree with a minimum score as well..
For PGPM you will need to pass and present GMAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT score and must have a good academic record with experience also.
It cannot replace an actual MBA degree but it only can enhance your work experience.
Hope this helps!!
