The selection for admission to Pharm D course is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination only.

The rank list is prepared based on various factors such as the percentage of total marks obtained by the candidate in 10+2 conducted by the Tamil Nadu State Board or any other equivalent board, number of candidates applied, no. Of seats available etc.

So it difficult to predict the actual cutoff. According to the criteria, a student must have scored at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Optional subject (Mathematics/Biology) in 12th board examination. So you should aim to score more than that.
