Hi, You can choose the one you are more interested in and then I can guide you more about your interest.
Both have their uses, pros and cons and the choice depends on various factors ranging from studies, finance, choice of work and other things.
Out of 2 I would suggest you MBBS reason being it has a level up than the other in terms of name, fame, wealth, income and lots of reputation.
