hai. Phd library science is a good field, minimum eligibility is
Candidate should have passed master or Mphil degree in relevant discipline with minimum 55 percent.
There are different universities where phd course is available like
Punjab university
Kurukshetra university
Osmania university
Different central universities
And many more. Here every university conducts it's entrance , in some universities there are 2 times spring and winter session are there depends on availability of seats. Mainly in January and in August session universities starts their advertisement for admission.
