PHD OR MTECH ???? SALARY PACKAGE WISE ?

Hello,

Phd is a highest earn degree which is doctorate of philosophy which can be done in various fields like physics, biology, statistics, computer science, etc. It takes upto 5 years for completion and requires research and thesis presentation. Your salary varies based on your experience from 4 lakhs to 12 lakhs oer annum.

Mtech is masters in technology which is done after pursuing bachelors in engineering or technology. You need to give Gate examination for this course. It is a two year course and you earn salary starting from 6 lakhs per annum based on university.
