    Hello..!!

    Your question is bit unclear.

    But yes you can appear in JEE mains if you have taken maths and biology both. In this case, biology will be considered as your additional subject and mathematics as main.

    I am also from pcmb category, and their is no difficulty to appear for JEE mains.
