The cutoff marks for Physically handicapped students under various categories for NEET 2019 are:-

  • Unreserved PH-45th Percentile(133-107)
  • SC PH-40th percentile(133-107)
  • ST PH-40th percentile(133-107)

Based upon the marks that you have scored you have successfully the cutoffs.NOw regarding admission you have better chances for private colleges.The chances for government colleges are minimal.
