There is no option of grace marks in the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill their criteria of pcb

You don't need to worry even if you have passed with Grace marks what matters is that you passed and now with Grace marks your aggregate in PCB is 50% and thus you are eligible for Neet examination as :-
Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
