Hi Noman,

I can say that physics NCERT is like the bible for any competitive examination because it is clearing your concepts from a very basic point. You can't neglect it; not only that but I would suggest that don't ignore any NCERT book.

Thanks!!

Not really. Just focus on your concepts and practise the numericals of topics from any good guide book.

Also if you have time left with you, try to read solved examples given in ncert book of physics in each chapter..

You will score well by this..

Giod luck..prepare well.

NCERT is the first book that you need to go through when you're preparing for NEET-UG examination. That is a preliminary requirement.

It gives you a subset, how much you're supposed to know and the like.

After that, should you do anything else.

Dear Qureshi

Not only physics, which ever the subject it may be, when you are preparing for neet, NCERT are the Bible, based which MCQ's are framed. Try to read NCERT before solving mcqs.

All the best

Yes , it is important . Atleast in 2 subjects you should have read NCERT in order to become eligible . Concentrate on the subject you know well. Revise previous years question papers. All the best !

You should know the concepts to be able to solve questions.

It won't matter if you build those concepts from NCERT or some other books. Yet, at least once, you should go through it.

All the best.

NCERT is good for basic concepts but if you want to score more then solve any other publication like DC PANDAY or GRB where you can find many types of questions.and also go through the previous years questions it will give you an idea about the type of questions asked
