physiotherapy is better than opthalmometry or not,i dont know about these courses,please help me which one is better in all criteria..?

Physiotherapy is a science that helps improve movement dysfunction, and promote functions of the human body and optimal health.
This involves assessment, diagnosis and treatment of disease and disability through physical means. Its a four and half years course.
B.Sc Optometry is an Undergraduate Program offered by Amrita Center for Allied Health Sciences.
Optometry is a health care profession which deals with the examination, diagnosis, treatment and management of diseases and disorders of the visual system. It is a vision care science.
Its a three year long course
