Pl confirm which states allow participation in counceling in private MBBS colleges for student from other states

There are many Open States which provide access to non-domiciled students for MBBS admission in the private medical college, following are the open states- Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Puducherry, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Sikkim, Tripura, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan.
Indian States which don’t allow non-domiciled students for MBBS admission (not even in private medical colleges) are called Closed States, the following States are Closed States- Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh,Gujarat, Punjab, J&K, Chhatisgarh, and Odisha.

Jharkhand NEET 2020 application form - Eligibility criteria

Prior to filling Jharkhand MBBS 2020 application form, candidates will have to fulfil the basic NEET eligibility criteria 2020
Applicants must be permanent or local residents of the state of Jharkhand
It is essential that candidates qualify their 10+2 or equivalent examination from with Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology/Biology and English from a Jharkhand state recognised school/university/institute
Those candidates who select BC I and BC II caste category in Jharkhand MBBS application form 2020 will not be given reservation benefits if they belong to the non-creamy layer
It is mandatory for candidates to secure the minimum qualifying percentile in the entrance examination in order to fill the application form of Jharkhand MBBS 2020.
