Hello Ajay,
All the MBBS course seats in both government and private colleges are based on the marks you have obtained in the NEET. After appearing for NEET examination you have to participate in the state and all India counselling sessions. The seats for the MBBS will be allotted to the candidates based on their NEET score through the counselling sessions.
