NEET 2020 Admit Card.

NEET 2020 Rank Card

High School board Mark Sheets

class 10 marks sheet

High School Passing Certificate.

class 12 marks sheet

Identity Proof aadhar card voter card

Birth Certificate.

Category Certificate (for SC ST OBC)

Income certificate ( for EWS)

Passport size photograph

Here is a list of documents that you must carry with you at the time of NEET counselling for MBBS admissions.

1. MBBS admission application form in the prescribed format
2. NEET Hall Ticket or Admit Card
3. NEET Rank Card
4. NEET Score Car
5. Date of Birth (D.O.B.) Certificate
6. Provisional Seat Allotment Letter/ Call Letter
7. Cast Certificate
8. Prepaid Fee Receipt
9. Class 10 Marksheet
10. Class X Passing Certificate
11. Class 12 Marksheet
12. Class XII Passing Certificate
13. PUC Marks Card and Passing Certificate (if any)
14. AADHAR Card as address proof
15. Character Certificate issued by the recently attended school or college
16. Transfer Certificate  issued by the recently attended school or colleg
17. Migration Certificate
18. Domicile Certificate
19. Family Income Proof
20. A copy of the parents’ PAN Car
21. proof for the parents’ address and identity
22. At least 8 recent passport size photos of candidates
