placement after LLM course and what is the fee

Placements are Not very good. I would suggest that you go for LL.M. only if you want to pursue a career in academics. The LL.M. (Business Laws) from NLSIU Bangalore, which is a 2-year course. It gave better exposure and more campus time than the LL.M. programs of today.
If you are interested in working in the corporate sector, start working with whatever you get - a small law firm, practising lawyer, LPO - whatever. After you've had some experience, you can move to a better organisation. Don't think that doing a year long LL.M. from some NLU will immediately get you placed.
