The TPC is an integral part of the training and placement scenario, prospects and achivements of Assam Engineering College making the college a hub of opportunities and possibilities for a lot of aspirants for career growth.
About 70% of students are placed . The top recruiting companies for our course are Powergrid, Oil India Limited, Sterlite Power, Luit Minerals, Genpact, Capgemini, Wipro GE Healthcare, Cognizant and many more. A good number of students get internships.

The placement for the college is good . The college is also good. Almost 50% students can get placement. The average salary package varies between 5 lpa - 6 lpa. The highest salary package is between 10 to 12 LPA. The companies like ONGC, IOCL ,Wipro visit the campus.
