Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science is a four-year (eight semesters) full-time undergraduate program provided at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences,Coimbatore.

A skip 10+2 or equivalent examination with 60% marks mixture in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

A skip in 10+2 Vocational stream (with the topics General Machinist, Electrical machines and Application, Electronic Equipments, Draughtsman Civil, Auto Mechanic, Textile Technology, etc) with any individual of the Engineering related topics namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry with minimum common percentage prepare 60%.

This is a decent college with good infrastructure, academics ,placements etc. Average packages are around 5 lakhs. Many top and reputed companies come here with good amount of packages. This College provides practical knowledge as well as industry exposure.
