I doesn't know about lpu but I would recommend you Chandigarh University as it is one of a kind , growing not only it's infrastructure but also in the facilities, placement packages and is becoming an aspiring institution ,setting the paradigm for other upcoming institutions.Moreover Chandigarh University is near to the city beautiful ,which is famous for top notch IT companies.Hence you might be getting more exposure in your domain companies through internship programs organized by the universities. Also looking at their placement record in CSE , they have n number of companies visting their campus for recruitment. Some of these MNCs are Microsoft, Google, Wipro, IBM , Infosys and over 200+ companies.

Over 900 recruiters made over 9500 offers during the institute's placement drive for the class of 2022, a 29 percent increase from the previous year. Despite the fact that the number of recruiters likewise rose by 20 percent At Chandigarh University Placements 2022, the highest package was INR 1.7 CPA. 757 Multinational Companies participated in the final placement drive of 2021, making a total of 7412 placement offers. For engineering students, the highest CTC was INR 36 LPA, for management students it was INR 28 LPA, for hotel management students it was INR 18 LPA, and for pharma science students it was INR 4.38 LPA. The global CTC was INR 8 LPA on average. Compared to 2020, the institute received 12% more proposals in 2021. Hey, I donot know about LPU. but based on my experience I can recommend Chandigarh University for B.tech. The university has received NAAC A+ accreditation in 2019 with a 3.28 GPA. In the year 2022, the university has ranked 29th in India.
