Please clarify students done MBBS in other states are not eligible for Maharashtra medical pg admission registration

Hello Sir,
The Directorate of Medical Education and Research(DMER),Maharashtra, is responsible for the Maharashtra PG medical admission 2019. The students who apply for this will be included in the state rank list. The application forms for the same will be released on 25th February, 2019. The last date to submit this application form is 5th March,2019. The proviosional merit list will be out by last week of March. Students who successfully submitted their forms are eligible to get seats in various Government and Private colleges of Maharashtra. The 50% of seats comes under State Quota that include around 456 MD Seats,138MS Seats,134 PG Diploma and 380 MDS seats, the remaining 50% is reserved under AIQ(All India Quota). Now the further more important eligibility criteria for admission in a PG course in Maharashtra are :-
1) You must have acquired the cutoff score of NEET PG.
2) You must have done MBBS from a college located in Maharashtra which has been recognised by Medical Council of India.
3) Compulsory Rotary Internship should be completed by 31st March, 2019.
4) You must be registered with the State Medical Council or Medical Council of India.
Even if you have a very good AIR in NEET PG and assuming that you have fulfilled the first, third and fourth criteria, you are not eligible yet because the most important eligibility criteria is You must have done MBBS from a college of Maharashtra.( Residential Domicile is not taken into consideration)
If you haven't done MBBS from Maharashtra then your admission to colleges in Maharashtra will be based on your NEET PG score and your All India NEET PG rank .
