To be eligible for NEET, you need to qualify class 12th examination first of all. Next is that you must have subjects, physics, chemistry , biology/biotechnology and english in both class 11th as well as 12th.
Next is that you must have passed the above mentioned subjects. Now comes the percentage. You need to have scored minimum 40% aggregate in PCB in class 12th examination.

So basically, 40% all together in PCB and indivisually you need to pass them all. This is what you need to be eligible for NEET examination.
