In 2019, under State Quota, for General an All India Rank of 112738 was the cut off for MBBS. For Female Category, it was 111668. That is approximately 400-450. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. But this year, you might need atleast 500-550.
