Please define the proper eligibility criteria for registration in KCET because according to the official brochure, Clause Y is applicable in my condition but its not shown on the website.

Following is the eligibility criteria for registration in KCET:
The class 12/PUC test must have been passed by the candidates. Applicants may also apply for the KCET exam if they took the class 12/PUC exam in 2024 and are awaiting their results.
Students who have completed their class 12 or PUC at Karnataka State Open University, or who have passed their qualifying exam, are not eligible to enrol for KCET 2024.
Candidates must have taken Physics and Mathematics as required courses in their twelfth grade, in addition to Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Electronics, and Computer Science as electives, with English serving as one of the study langua ges.
