Unani system aims at a process by which people can lead a healthy life without any ailments. It has originated from Greece. the word itself means greek medicine.the system uses medicines , dietary changes,drinks and several other methods which promote healthy living among people.it aslo prevents them from any kind of disease.The system emphasizes that by in taking fresh water , air and by inculcating healthy eating habits ,all the diseases can be prevented.
Talking about ayurveda ,it belongs to vedic culture ,originated in india.its a very ancient system of medicine.it beleives that maintaining a healthy balance between energy and bodily order can help one to minmize the chances of getting infected by any kind of disease.this medicine system uses natural herbs to cure ailments.
Unani and bams are two different courses which pertain to their respective studies.
