please explain about penulty in maharashtra state neet UG 2021 councelling is there any penulty if we not accept alloted seat in round 1 round2 and mop up round and please tell if we do not get seat in round 1 and round 2 then we will automatically go to the mop up round or this is our decision ?

Hope you are doing well.
The first round of counseling has free exit that means If a seat is alloted to you. You don't need to pay anything if you don't take it
In second round if you join any seat , after that you can't leave the seat otherwise your security money will be forfeited. But if you don't join it, you will not loose anything.
Now, coming to mop up. If you don't got any seat in first and second round you can fill in mop up round. You have to do choice filling according to your choices. If you don't fill any choice in the time you will be out of mop up counseling.
For government college
non-refundable Registration fee will be Rs.1000/- for UR candidates & Rs. 500/- for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH category
The refundable security amount will be Rs.10,000/- for UR candidates & Rs. 5,000/- for SC/ST/OBC/PH.
For private college and Deemed Universities
Non Refundable Registration fee will be Rs.5000/- & Refundable Security amount will be Rs. 2,00,000/-
