Please explain are compartment and improvement students are stated as private candidates n can't be eligible for neet 2020??

Well all the improvement and compartmental students are eligible for NEET 2020 as long as they qualify the eligibility criteria.
The improvement exam is done in the next year and the compartmental exam as well because of which if in that academic year the neet is given and eligibility criteria is met then all is set.
