please give me a list of cheapest all central and regional(not private ) engineering college list and its fee structure

These are all good b.tech colleges after NITs and IITs in india. If you are not getting any good nit or iit, you can try to get into these colleges. They all have good reputation, good placements, good faculty members and good infrastructure etc. They are randomly arranged not rank wise. This list includes both private and government colleges.

4. LNMIIT (only jee score), Jaipur

6. IIIT Hyderabad (only through jee score)

Join IITs and NITs . Banks offer cheap loan for 1rs interest per lakh per annum for such students which you can pay off in the year after you passout.
