BSc honours in Biology is a very demanding field with an average annual salary of 2-4 lakhs per annum after you graduate. Some of the colleges do not require entrance, while some private institutes do. Here are some of them-

Jain University- JET test- Rs. 1-1.5L fees

MES College, Bangalore- No entrance- Rs.45,000-50,000 fees

Indian Institute of Sciences, Bangalore- No entrance- Rs.40,000 fees.

As far as eligibility criteria is concerned, you should have scored an aggregate 45% in subjects Physics Chemistry and Biology in your 12th grade.
