First and foremost thing that you need to do is that you must promise yourself that you will be committed to the preparation with discipline and avoiding distractions for complete on year. This will keep you motivated because you will need a motivation when you will feel low.
After that :
- Analyse the syllabus wholly.
- Highlight the topics which you haven't read yet,and start with them first.
- Make a routine and divide the timing for the three subjects.
- Start with a basic book, I would suggest for the very recommended NCERT for physics and chemistry and for maths, practice from R.D Sharma or RS Agarwal.
After completion of every chapter, practice the DDP and study material or simply practice previous years question papers.
For physics, i would recommend you to study and practice D.C Pandey.
For chemistry , NCERT +RC Mukherjee(physical) will be a good choice.
After, completing your syllabus, probably in the month of December, start test series online or offline.

Hello!!
Since you are asking for a one year study plan,I hope you are going to give your JEE exams in 2021.So,almost having a year to go,if you'll utilise your time wisely, then you will be able to score well in JEE without taking coaching from any coaching institutes.A monthly schedule has been prepared in the website given below so you can divide the entire syllabus and study and revise throughout the year. Try to follow the schedule and if you dont feel like studying some topics before other, then swap the topics of the corresponding months.Best results can be achieved only if you determine to achieve. So plan accordingly and work hard. All the best!!

For preparation of jee mains by yourself you will need to distribute your study times equally between the three subjects. Studying for 6-8 hours a day will be enough for the preparation of the exam. Study for a slot of 45 minutes with 15 minutes break between two slots and keep changing between the subjects as studying any single subject too long might bore you.
Always make small goals and try to achieve them and try to evaluate your preparation time to time by solving sample papers of jee.
Hope this helps
