Software engineering is a three year undergraduate program and it is a branch of computer science with specificity in software development program.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Minimum class 12 physics , chemistry, mathematics or equivalent with 55% marks.
This subject mainly deals with the programming, database, internet technology,artificial intelligence etc.
Some of the renowned institutions providing this course are as follows:
Vinayak institue of management and technology , Delhi
FTMS Global Academy India Private Limited , Chennai
SREC , Coimbatore
Karnataka University , Dharwad
Admission to these institutions is based upon merit and entrance individually taken by these institutions.
By doing this course , you can apply for the post of application developer, software tester,project manager, researcher etc.

I would like to tell you that B.Sc. Software Engineering is a three-year undergraduate program in the domain of computer sciences with a specialization in the area of software development and engineering.
Tech Mahindra, DXC Technologies, Infosys, etc these are some recruiting companies. You can acquire job position such as Application developer, Software tester, Project Manager, Software engineer.
He/ she needs to pass 10+2 with minimum 55% as eligibility criteria.
