Please give me some lines to write only official letters..... for class 12th English exam!!!!

Dear aspirant !
Hope you are doing great ! Yes there are some lines or points which will be very beneficial for you ,if you apply them in your boards !
*Always try to write date in standar form like march23,2022.
*Divide the letter in three paragraphs for attraction.
*Salution is must.
*In the third paragraph ,always add this - i hope you will look into the matter and solve our problem as soon as possible .
* In the last always write yours truly/faithfully/sincerely etc .
* Remember it is yours not your in the above point.
