please give the name of university\college which accept regesteration forum without its fee. I want to do bcom honours so name them universities. where is free regesteration fee.

Greetings aspirant!
It's hard to find good universities without minimal registration fee. However you can opt for government universities for their registration fee is much less than most private universities.
For example :- delhi university charge minimal amount of 180-200 rupees for it's registration form and their are so many reputed colleges for B.com under DU.
If you have any particular university in mind and want to know about it's registration fee, feel free to ask.

BUT DU NEEDS I THINK MORE THAN 95 % IN 12TH CLASS.

some colleges of du like SrCC and lsr definitely have high cut offs. but the thing to be noted here is that their are so many colleges under du both in north and south campus. cut off of South campus goes down by 85% .
well yes it will mainly depend on your percentage. if not DU you can try other government universities.
