Please guide me on choosing Biochemistry after 12th. I am a PCB student.
Biochemistry is a branch of science involving the study of chemical processes that occur within living organisms and the changes they undergo during development. To apply for BSc Biochemistry you have to complete 12th in PCB. Upon completion of the 3-year course, you can find job opportunities in the fields of food, pharmaceutical, chemical, bio-products, textiles, medicine, nutrition, environmental conservation, animal sciences, research and development firms, etc. Starting salary could be around Rs. 25,000.
