Hello,
Since your whole afternoon goes into the coaching, you'll have to manage your morning and night efficiently. Since neet is not even a year away, make it a habit to not sleep more than 6 hours at night. After you cime from coaching, take a walk or listen to relaxing music ( or whatever helps you relax) and sit with your studies. Study the subject you find the hardest the most. Take brief breaks in between. When you wake up in the morning, revise the tables and charts and also everything that you did the previous night. Hope this helped!
